While our amenity spaces are there to ensure your recreational needs are being met, the Health and Wellness Programme will help you to stay fit and healthy. Why not attend the regular classes in our fully-equipped exercise room, swim laps in our heated indoor pool or take a brisk walk on the treadmill? Our full-time Director of Wellness is available to offer dietary and exercise advice and we also have registered nurses and personal support workers onsite daily to assist with your day to day needs should you require it.
