Lucie
Laperriere:
Vice President of
Operations
Lucie has managed the operations at both Chateau Royal and our
sister property, Chateau Dollard since 2005. She grew up in
Roxboro in the West Island of Montreal and has many years of
experience in business, accounting and customer service.. Lucie
is passionate about providing a positive home environment for
our residents and is the leading force behind ensuring all
employees are well trained, efficient and put the needs of our
residents first.
Rabih
Kassem:
Executive Chef
Rabih comes to us from Lebanon, with more than eight years
experience in international cuisine. He has worked in
prestigious hotels, such as the Royal Plaza Hotel and Hotel St
Georges in Liban. Whether he's making French, Italian or
Mediterranean dishes, his cuisine is always delicious and
nutritionally-balanced. He especially enjoys preparing homemade
desserts for our residents on a daily basis, however, all of his
dishes are so delicious they will keep you coming back for more!
Louise Campeau:
Concierge
Louise, our Concierge, joined us in 2010 and is the "go to"
person for all of your needs. She has many years' experience
working with seniors and is an asset to the Chateau Royal team.
Whether you need to reserve a place on our bus, make an
appointment with the hairdresser or if you simply want a cup of
coffee in our Bistro, Louise is always there with a friendly
smile. Her good humor and warm personality will charm you the
moment you walk into Chateau Royal.
Anna Coletta:
Activity Coordinator
Anna came to Quebec from Cassino, Italy in 1974 and has been
with us since 2009. Fluent in Italian, English and French, she
is an incredibly resourceful person and an attentive listener,
which makes her an exceptional Activity Coordinator and an
important part of the Chateau Royal family. She is devoted and
faithful to all of the residents and prides herself on creating
a varied activity programme that keeps everyone active and
entertained.
Patricia Tudor:
Sales and Marketing Manager
Patricia is originally from Ottawa, Ontario and has over 25
years' experience in sales and marketing. She is actively
involved in community and various non-profit organizations.
Patricia is a great listener and works hard to gain a thorough
understanding of the needs of prospective residents. She is
caring and compassionate and ensures family members feel secure
that the needs of their loved ones are fulfilled. She also
ensures that new residents are integrated smoothly into the
Chateau Royal family.
Céline Dubois:
Sales and Marketing Assistant
Celine, our newest team member,
started in May 2011. She has an extensive background in seniors'
residential care and over 25 years' experience in sales and
marketing. She grew up in Montreal, is passionate about helping
others, and prides herself on her ability to help prospective
residents find the right living and care options for their
needs. Celine has a terrific voice - you may even hear her
singing around the property!
Penny Pauchuk:
Administrative Assistant
Penny is originally from Laval, Quebec and has over 23 years'
experience in administration. Perfectly bilingual and very
organized, she is an integral part of our administrative team.
Penny is hard-working, gracious and prides herself on being
accessible to both residents and staff members. She also
processes all government documentation required for the
residents' tax returns, which eliminates the stress of it from
the families!
