Folies du Chef

November 15th marked the first Annual Folies du Chef – a black and white affair at Le Château Royal. Amid the flow of champagne, and a striking décor of black and white, staff, residents and guests dined on a sumptuous buffet that included Smoked Salmon, Shrimp Coquille, Roast Beef Bordelais, Mussels Jardinières, Creole Chicken, Imported Cheeses, an extensive selection of mouth-watering desserts and much, much more…

To dance or not to dance was the most pressing question of the evening – and the most popular answer was “show me to the floor”!
